Solar Water Heaters

HEAT PIPE SOLAR WATER HEATER
heatpipesolarcollector.jpg

Heat Pipe Solar Collector

The heat pipe consists of the glass evacuated tube and a copper heat pipe which is installed within the glass tube.

The copper heat pipe conducts heat from within the evacuated tube to its tip(condenser) which is plugged into the header pipe contained in the manifold. As water runs through the header pipe heat is transferred from the heat pipe condenser to the water.

  • Simple structure, the heat pipe is formed just by aluminum swings, vacuum tube and a single heat pipe.
  •  High heat conducting efficiency, the diameter-altered condenser is able to increase the heat conducting efficiency.
  • high heat conduction coefficient: 2000-5000 times of   metal materials
  • high quantity of heat conduction: 1000 times of metal materials
  • No loss of heat transferring media, long service life, because no cracks occur.
  • Suitable for areas with a rather low temperature, for cracks could be avoided.
Split SWH

Split Solar Water HeaterSeparated Pressurized Closed Loop Solar Water Heating System breaks through the traditional structural design, that is collector and water tank are separated, that is the tank can be put anywhere, so model is more convenient and handsome.

These systems are pretty much the only choice in very cold climates. When there is not enough energy for sun, an electrical or gas back up element will be automatically switched on by controller.

  • .Simple Installation, No Maintenance, Effective operation
  • .Preferred option for extremely cold areas and questionable water quality.
  • The collector and the water tank are separated, so the water tank can be installed anywhere.
  • The controlling device is specialized, so the system runs automatically
  • The water tank applies the enamel internal bladder, run under pressure.
  • Provide the water at the same temperature, and protect the data when power off, supply the hot water 24 hours a day.

Compact Flat Plate SWH
compactflatplatesolarwaterheater.jpg

Compact Flat Plate Solar Water Heater Flat-plate collectors are the most common solar collectors for use in solar water-heating systems in homes and in solar space heating. A flat-plate collector consists basically of an insulated metal box with a glass and a dark-colored absorber plate.Solar radiation is absorbed by the absorber plate and transferred to the flrid that circulates through the collector in tubes.

  • 1. Special Anodized aluminum alloy frame to ensure handsome appearance and can accept high pressure without leakage.
  • 2. 50mm fiberglass insulation and EPDM seal strip to assure the solar collector can work under cold temperature.
  • 3. Patterned temper glass or low iron temper glass (4mm thickness) is not easy broken with very high transmission and low emission
  • 4. Black chrome or Magnetic blue sputtering coating has very higher absorption rate to ensure the high efficiency

All Glass Vaccum Solar Collector

All Glass Vacuum Tube Solar Collector

Vacuum tube consists of two glass tubes made from extremely strong borosilicate glass. The outer tube is transparent allowing light rays to pass through with minimal reflection. The inner tube is coated with a special selective coating (Al-N/Al) which features excellent solar radiation absorption and minimal reflection properties. The top of the two tubes are fused together and the air contained in the space between the two layers of glass is pumped out while exposing the tube to high temperatures. This "evacuation" of the gasses forms a vacuum, which is an important factor in the performance of the evacuated tubes

Household Solar Water Heater Direct Thermosiphon Solar Water Heater

Direct Thermosiphon Solar Water Heater is one model best used for household heating.

  • Inner tank: Food Grade Stainless Steel by argon protect welding, supply water quality and drinkable
  • Outer shell: Stainless steel
  • Heat insulation layer: 50-60mm import polyurethane integral foaming
  • Frame: Galvanized Steel coated uncorrsion layer, both install inclined and flat roof.
  • High Pressure Cold Water In: 6 bar cold water to tank from Feeder or Electric Auto Valve.
  • Automatic Heating Element

A flat-plate collector consists basically of an insulated metal box with a glass and a dark-colored absorber plate. Solar radiation is absorbed by the absorber plate and transferred to the fluid that circulates through the collector in tubes.

  • 2.50mm fiberglass insulation and EPDM seal strip to assure the solar collector can work under cold temperature.
  • 3.Patterned temper glass or low iron temper glass (4mm thickness) is not easy broken with very high transmission and low emission
  • 4.Black chrome or Magnetic blue sputtering coating has very higher absorption rate to ensure the high efficiency
